In line with RTA digital transformation strategy and following Dubai Government paperless strategies towards a paperless working environment, we are consolidating Salik operations in the following select Customer Happiness Centers starting 30 September 2021.
Dubai Roads and Transport Authority is happy to announce the discontinuation of Salik paper application forms when purchasing a Salik tag. Alternatively, customers are urged to register and activate their Salik tag either through Salik website (www.salik.gov.ae) or the Smart Salik App.
