Salik Tag registration is now completely paperlessDubai Roads and Transport Authority is happy to announce the discontinuation of Salik paper application forms when purchasing a Salik tag. Alternatively, customers are urged to register and activate their Salik tag either through Salik website (www.salik.gov.ae) or the Smart Salik App.
This initiative is in line with Dubai Government’s strategic drive to support the paperless strategy launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, towards a paperless working environment.
How to Register/Activate Salik Tag?
After purchasing a “Salik” tag through the authorized dealers or Salik website, the customer needs to enter details such as Salik Tag number, traffic file number, mobile phone and other information according to the terms and procedures used on Salik website or Smart Salik App. The customer will then be informed about the successful completion of the registration process and will receive an SMS confirming the same.
