Through Salik Website and Smart Application

  • The customer logs in using the username and PIN code.
  • The customer proceeds to the Trips/Statements section.
  • The customer enters the dates of the desired statement.
  • The statement appears on the screen.
  • The customer can save it in the required file format.

Through Dubai Now App

  • The customer logs in to the Dubai Now App and chooses Salik Accounts.
  • The customer selects My trips section.
  • The customer chooses the dates of the desired statement.
  • The statement appears on the screen.
  • The customer can save it in the required file format.

Through Salik self service on Salik call centre

  • The customer logs in using the account number and the PIN code.
  • The customer proceeds to the statement option.
  • The customer enters the dates of the desired statement.
  • The customer receives the statement by email.

Terms and Conditions
  • This service is no longer available at Salik service centres.
  • The customers can only view their financial statement online.
  • The statement can be viewed on Smart Salik App only for the past 30 days. Through Salik website, Dubai Drive App and Dubai Now App statement can be viewed only for the past 1 year and through Salik self service on Salik call centre the customer can view the statement of the past 6 months only.
